2024-2025 Cary Defenders Competitive Team Tryouts

Thank You for your interest in the Cary Defenders competitive program for the 2024-2025 Season!

ALL players whether returning from the 2023-2024 season or NEW to the Cary Defenders program are required to try out for a position on a Cary Defenders team for the 2024-2025 season. ALL players must register for tryouts through this tryout registration link.

We will not be forming teams for players who are birth year 2010 and older for the 2024-2025 season.

There is NO fee to tryout!

Age groups are determined by the child's birth year. For more information on the age groups, visit the following link:

TRYOUT DATES AND TIMES - BIRTH YEARS 2011-2018

Tryouts will be held at Cary-Grove Park - 2000 Three Oaks Rd., Cary, IL 60013 (See Map of Cary-Grove Park for details.)

  • Cary-Grove Park - East - 7v7 field
  • Cary-Grove Park - South - 9v9 field
  • Cary-Grove Park - West - 11v11 field

Players must attend both tryouts for the applicable birth year/age group. A decision may be made after the first tryout that the second tryout is not needed.

NOTE: For additional tryout opportunities available due to approved conflicts, contact Director of Coaching, Adam Pashley, at adam.pashley@carysoccer.org.

* We currently do not have a girl's teams at this age group. If we do not have sufficient tryout registrations to support a team then we will contact those registered at least 48 hours before the schedule tryout to notify you.
